Full Outdoor Overhaul at a Union, KY Property

This property in Union, KY started as a blank slate. No character, no structure, nothing that made you stop and look twice. What you see now is the result of a full outdoor build - Unilock Copthorn pavers, a veneer retaining wall with coping, custom landscape installation, decorative rock, an Atlantic Oase water feature, and a complete hardscape and landscape lighting package. Big scope. Every piece had to work together.

The Unilock Copthorn pavers were laid in a herringbone pattern with a curved border that follows the natural flow of the driveway. That curve wasn't an accident - it ties the whole front of the property together and gives it a polished, intentional look. The veneer wall alongside it picks up the stone tones from the home's exterior, so nothing feels out of place or bolted on.

On the landscape side, we brought in a mix of evergreen uprights, ornamental shrubs, natural boulders, and river rock to fill out the planting beds around the foundation and driveway. Fresh mulch was laid throughout to anchor everything and give the plant material a clean backdrop to grow into. The water feature adds a layer of interest right at the entry - something you notice the moment you pull up.

Then there's the lighting. During the day this property looks sharp. At night, it's a completely different level. The uplighting hits the home's facade and the wall just right, and the path fixtures along the pavers keep everything visible and well-defined after dark.
